Where do you call home? I've lived in Madison since 2001, and I consider it to be my home. I grew up in southwest Wisconsin, but Madison is where my home is.

What do you do when you're not working? I love spending time at home with my partner and our cats. Volunteering is very important to me, too, so I spend Friday afternoons with a non-profit organization and their clients. I'm also a gamer and a movie buff, so I spend some of my free time playing games with friends and watching movies with my partner.

What do you love about your job? The most rewarding part of working with people in this business is knowing that I've helped them accomplish something big. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone go from, "I wish I could..." to "I can do this!" It brings me a lot of joy when I can help someone achieve that.

What do you love about being on the Dan Chin Homes team? I was looking for a team-focused environment where I could learn and grow, and so when I saw an opportunity to join DCH, I did my research and attended one of the "Lunch and Learn" events they had available. What I found was a cultivated and extremely knowledgeable team of agents and support staff that immediately made me feel welcome. There were a lot of options out there for me as an agent, but nothing compared to the culture of teamwork and encouragement I continue to experience with the Dan Chin Homes team. I figured, why settle for anything less?! It was a no-brainer for me.

What's your favorite TV show? We watch a lot of "The Office" and "Parks and Recreation" in our house.

Favorite movie? I'm a huge Tolkien fan, so I'd have to say "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy - you can't just watch one of them!

Favorite food? My mother's lasagna.
