Join us this Saturday for McFarland's Annual Bike Rodeo on Saturday, May 5th! Hosted by The Optimist Club of McFarland, the McFarland Police Department and McFarland State Bank, the event educates children on the importance of bike safety in a fun and engaging way! Children can participate in a bike skills course, as well as a safety check performed by volunteers. There will be free helmets for children who participate, along with a chance to win a brand new bike! A station will be set up to register bikes, and trail passes will be available for purchase. Breakfast will also be available for $1.

In addition to all of the above, children can have the change to win a brand new bike! Bikes this year have been donated by McFarland House Cafe, Pacific Cycle, Anytime Fitness, and Dan Chin Homes & Inventure Realty Group. Youth bike checks are provided by Budget Bicycle Center.

The event goes from 8am - 11am at the ED Locke Library in McFarland.

We hope to see you there!
