"We could use some more space"
Ali and Andrew felt their family had reached its limit in their old house. "We found we could use some more space and we could definitely use some more storage with the kid." Andrew says.

Ali and Andrew made the decision to start working with a real estate agent to sell their home and to purchase a new construction home. They started interviewing agents to see who might be the best fit for them. "I actually reached out to a couple agents and Dan's team really gave us a full scope of everything that they would be supporting us with." Ali said. "They were on top of everything, and at the end of the day they treated us like family." says Andrew.
Dealing with multiple offers
Once the home was staged and photographed, it was ready to hit the market. "We had 20 walkthroughs the first weekend and we had 4 offers within the week." says Andrew.
Dealing with multiple offers on a home can sometimes be an overwhelming experience for a seller, but Ali and Andrew had help navigating the offers coming in. "Once offers came in [Dan] laid out all of the offers and showed us how to compare and contrast each one, like what were benefits to us, and what would be something cautionary to look for." Ali says. "Every time they sent us a document to sign they sent us a personalized video with it. They scrolled through a screenshot and talked us through everything." says Andrew "Overall we got quite a bit more than we bought it for".
Ali & Andrew: Mission Accomplished
Now that Ali and Andrew are in their dream home, they finally have the space they needed to thrive. "Hudson is our son...he loves having the open space." says Andrew. "He has more terrain to explore." Ali says. "[The home is] super close to the school district. We've got parks surrounding us on every side." It was exactly what they were looking for.
