“Heath, and the entire DCH team! They made the process of buying and selling our home incredibly smooth and seamless. Buying and selling at the same time can be so stressful, but their professionalism, constant communication, and dedication kept us at ease every step of the way. We love our new home and highly recommend Dan Chin Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell!”

“I work with Heath for over a year trying to get me the right home and a good deal throughout the process. He is an incredible person to work with, very supportive and always goes above and beyond to help his clients. He was ever present when it comes to showings and deal negotiations. He has always put his clients needs first and was very helpful during some thought times during my home buying process. I’ll always be grateful to him and everyone at Dan chin homes.”

“We recently worked with Heath in finding our home. He put in a great deal of time and energy into making sure we found a home we loved! We especially enjoyed the videos explaining the documents we were signing so we knew exactly what everything meant. He always made sure to ask us values we were comfortable with always kept us in the loop about deals and offers. We recommend Dan Chin Homes and Heath to anyone!”
