US-18/151 (Verona Road) connects the city to Madison's Beltline, and the Military Ridge State Trail runs west toward Mount Horeb and the Driftless Area. Badger Prairie County Park lies on the city's north side, and the Sugar River and Badger Mill Creek pass through the area.
